"WHO IS SHE AND WHAT IS SHE DOING HERE?"

"I'm Hannah. And I'm here because this is what I was born to do." 

Or so should have been my reply when asked that very question at my inaugural team meeting at the tender age of 26. 

Now, with over ten years in senior positions, I have seen countless wildly talented women struggle to be heard, hesitant to claim their seat at the table, battling self-doubt. 

Why? We are 'good girls'. Praised for following the rules, obeying authority and being agreeable.

Only, it is these very qualities, the same ones that have surely eased our way to the top, that we can find clipping our wings once we get there. 

It is time to find your opinion. It is time to find your voice. It is time to turn the very things that are holding you back into your greatest superpowers. You just need to know how. 

In a career spanning continents, there is no challenge I haven't encountered. Since transforming my own approach, I have found my passion in supporting others to do the same. 

After all, leaders make leaders, right?
